The 21 Day Healthy Habits Challenge

This challenge is about adding healthy habits into your life; changes that are sustainable.

This is not a diet plan - It's a wellness plan.

Participants will receive a wellness kit, which includes a print-out of the program and some tools to aid you in the challenge. We start with an introductory kick-off meal and discussion on August 17th at AWE Yoga Studio, and the challenge officially begins on August 20th. This challenge is facilitated with a private Facebook group, with as much input from you as you'd like; you can simply read/watch the challenge/new habit for each day, and quietly do it on your own, OR you can contribute to the discussion in the group, in a supportive & safe environment. Get ready to meet some beautiful new souls, nourish ourselves, and experience a mind/body/home transformation!

The challenge cost/investment in your wellness plan is $89.00+HST, and the first 15 paid participants will be considered registered.
