The 21 Day Healthy Habits Challenge

This challenge is about adding healthy habits into your life; changes that are sustainable.

This is not a diet plan - It's a wellness plan.

Participants will receive a wellness kit, which includes a print-out of the program and some tools to aid you in the challenge. We start with an introductory kick-off meal and discussion on August 17th at AWE Yoga Studio, and the challenge officially begins on August 20th. This challenge is facilitated with a private Facebook group, with as much input from you as you'd like; you can simply read/watch the challenge/new habit for each day, and quietly do it on your own, OR you can contribute to the discussion in the group, in a supportive & safe environment. Get ready to meet some beautiful new souls, nourish ourselves, and experience a mind/body/home transformation!

The challenge cost/investment in your wellness plan is $89.00+HST, and the first 15 paid participants will be considered registered.

Breathe Bracelets Workshop

Breathing is the most vital function of human life. Life begins with the first breath we take and it ends with our last breath out. Our breath provides us with the essence of life, and while we could survive for days without food or water, without our breath we would only survive a few minutes. For many of us, breathing is an unconscious act and we may only use a small part of our lungs, resulting in a shallow breath. But breath is more than just an instinct. When we breathe mindfully, the breath can supply us with a greater sense of power and harmony, while increasing the amount of energy provided to our physical bodies.


Join Michelle for a fun and interactive workshop where we will discuss:

  • Understanding conscious breathing and how it impacts the mind, stress levels, and all physical organ systems.
  • Some simple breathing exercises you can use to promote calm and healing within the body.
  • How to become more connected to your breath.

In this interactive and engaging talk, you'll learn about 10 nourishing and detoxifying superfoods. Michelle will share these incredibly powerful foods and their medicinal benefits, what they're often used for, and how to purchase, prepare and store them.

Michelle believes that the word Detox has a bad reputation, because it is often associated with strange elixirs, restrictive diets and flushes. And yet, our bodies were gifted with such incredible things as our liver, digestive system, kidneys and and skin - ALL of which are made to detoxify for us. If we set aside the elixirs and magic potions and instead focus our energy on nourishing our bodies as a whole, it will be supported in detoxifying itself naturally.
